Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no payment is required as the order will not be processed further.

When Cancellations Are Not Possible
