- Refunds will include the purchase price, with shipping and handling charges deducted.
- Returned items must be: Unused and in good condition.
- In their original packaging.
- Accompanied by all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
When Returns & Exchanges Are Not Possible
Returns and exchanges are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Opened or used boxes will not be accepted.
- Issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headaches, or flavor preferences are not eligible for return.
- Return requests made outside the 10-day timeframe.
- Products that are damaged, tampered with, or used and not in their original condition.
- Items returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
