  • Refunds will include the purchase price, with shipping and handling charges deducted.
  • Returned items must be: Unused and in good condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

When Returns & Exchanges Are Not Possible

Returns and exchanges are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Opened or used boxes will not be accepted.
  • Issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headaches, or flavor preferences are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests made outside the 10-day timeframe.
  • Products that are damaged, tampered with, or used and not in their original condition.
  • Items returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
